Only 100 kilometers north from Brisbane you will find the scenic Sunshine Coast, truly a place like no other! The Point Cartwright building is located alongside the tip of the Point Cartwright peninsula in tranquil Buddina, directly across the harbour from bustling Mooloolaba. The unit for rent is ocean side on the 12th floor with breathtaking all-encompassing views and easy immediate access to the water and sand for all kinds of fun from surfing to canoeing to shell picking to hiking. Our price a minimum of $150.00 a night is most reasonable for the value and we will do our best to accommodate your booking enquiries.
A fun thing to see are the turtles surfing with the surfers on the point side of the end of the rock wall.

Tile flooring throughout with many floor-to-ceiling window views.
Heated swimming pool and barbeque facilities on the main ground floor.
Secure garaged parking area under the building in addition to an outside gated parking area for visitors.

Within easy walking distance to small eateries, park areas, and the Buddina Convenience Store & Takeaway that has grocery staples from band-aids to whole milk to fresh bread daily with a movie video vending machine and takeaway made-to-order. A 30 minute walk or so will put you at the Kawana Shopping World mall, local bus service and the Kawana library that boasts wireless internet access and desktop computer availability, with or without reservations. A 35 minute walk or so alongside the ocean pathway will have you arriving at the Kawana Waters Surf Lifesaving Club and Patrol Tower for really safe swimming and surfing activities.

Cartwright is approximately 75 mins drive time from Brisbane Airport. There are car rentals, as well as, door-to-door shuttle buses available directly from Brisbane Airport that offer lots of flexibility. There is also a local airport at Maroochydore which is approx. a 20 minute drive north of Cartwright. There are car rentals and door-to-door shuttle buses transportation from this airport too. There are direct flights from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne into Maroochydore providing a very easy route to your Cartwright destination.
